Hi all. Recently redone inlet valves and while was waiting for parts did some other mods including spark plug boot mod. Question is , Do I run resistor or non resistor plugs after mod?. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

Did anyone ever confirm that using a non resistor boot and plug did not create an RFI problem that could fry the CDI?

If you have not done the plug boot mod you need the cr7e resistor plug. If so, use the cr7eb non resistor. The CR7E vs CR7EB is not resistor vs non-resistor. They are identical except the CR7EB already has the correct tip for the boots used with the plug wire mod.Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk 2 __________________... That's correct... the NON RESISTOR PLUG is a NGK C7E delete the "r" for resistor. I dont see any advantage to using these. they do nothing different than the stock plug. |
