Shares were down Monday in premarket trading following a negative review of the electric-car-maker?s Model S sedan, which is the first car it designed completely, in the New York Times.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. /quotes/zigman/242371/quotes/nls/lgf LGF +0.10% ?is expected to report third-quarter earnings of 21 cents a share, according to a survey by FactSet.

Nielsen Holdings N.V. /quotes/zigman/3587866/quotes/nls/nlsn NLSN -0.94% ?is expected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 56 cents a share.

Owens & Minor Inc. /quotes/zigman/138277/quotes/nls/omi OMI -0.55% ?is forecast to report fourth-quarter earnings of 47 cents a share.
